We are seeking to recruit a competent HR Officer who will be responsible for supporting the functions of the Human Resources department and should be willing to work in other counties.

Responsibilities:

• Support in recruitment; prepare job descriptions and manage the hiring process.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Understand and implement labor laws.

Qualifications:

• Must have a degree in Human Resources, higher diploma or CHRP.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a busy environment.
• Self starter.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
