• Associates will deliver defined tasks on client assignments typically focussed on the technical support to clients and delivered across various Domains.
• The primary focus of this role is to contribute to the delivery of outstanding quality work on assignments, within the approaches and frameworks set out by MSC and to seek guidance if unsure.
• Associates will build their knowledge and expertise in core areas of MSC’s client delivery work.

Requirements

• Business Development
• Support the development and submission of proposals to generate business
• Co-author thematic publications to be developed from field experiences
• Actively engage in Marketing Activities and participate in Digital Media dialogues ((blogs, discussion forums etc).
• Professional Development
• Conduct “Quality of Delivery”/Feedback assessments after assignment execution in line with the quality control guidelines
• Taking ownership of self-development by acquiring skills, knowledge which adds value to the organization.
• Business Execution
• Execute specified tasks
