Job description
Communicating regularly with the Head of Operations and Director of Fulfillment
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operations of Medical Dispatch Riders
- Responsible for the onboarding and management of vendors within LBK
- Ensuring OVA compliance
- Facilitating the processing of orders in real-time
- nsuring full compliance with all operational regulations
Requirements
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer facing or operation roles
Salary: KSh 40,000 Monthly (Gross).
