Job description

Communicating regularly with the Head of Operations and Director of Fulfillment

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the operations of Medical Dispatch Riders
  • Responsible for the onboarding and management of vendors within LBK
  • Ensuring OVA compliance
  • Facilitating the processing of orders in real-time
  • nsuring full compliance with all operational regulations

Requirements

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer facing or operation roles

Salary: KSh 40,000 Monthly (Gross).
