We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and market expansion in the security solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, security technology, and tender management, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate, government, and private security sectors.
  • Sell security solutions including CCTV surveillance, access control, alarm systems, perimeter security, and fire detection.
  • Lead tender and proposal submissions, ensuring compliance with security industry regulations.
  • Conduct client site visits and security risk assessments to propose customized solutions.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers incorporates, retail chains, banks, and government institutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Maintain a robust CRM pipeline, tracking leads, sales progress, and client engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging security technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or security solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies (CCTV, alarms, biometric access control, screening systems).
  • Proven track record in tender management and proposal writing.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close high-value contracts.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Security, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools.
