Key Responsibilities
- Photocopy and binding documents needed to support our services.
- General cleaning of office and other areas within the company.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Doing other sales and marketing related activity.
- Arrange meeting rooms in readiness for meetings to facilitate smooth discussions and deliberations.
- create and maintain effective filing systems and records.
- Receiving walk-in visitors and directing them to the relevant department .
- Perform any other duties assigned.
