Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
- Experience: A minimum of 1(One) year
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Nursing, HealthCare or related field.
- Practical experience in clinical setting an in the field of Lecturing HealthCare Assistant subjects and other related subjects.
- Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya will be an added advantage.
- Skills in building professional relationships with other Trainers and organizations.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging lessons.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment techniques.
- Strongly an expert in teaching, training and mentoring HealthCare Students.
- Flexibility to work per the institution’s schedule.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
