Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous service to walk-in and online customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, letter, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist members with loan and savings account inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information to members and stakeholders.
- Process new member registrations and ensure complete documentation.
- Manage account activations, PIN resets, and withdrawals.
- Receive, verify, and record loan applications while providing financial advice to applicants.
- Promote Sacco products and services to potential members.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer service role.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in computer applications; CRM experience is a plus.
- Attributes: Problem-solving ability, professionalism, team player, and excellent time management.
