Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to walk-in and online customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, letter, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Assist members with loan and savings account inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of information to members and stakeholders.
  • Process new member registrations and ensure complete documentation.
  • Manage account activations, PIN resets, and withdrawals.
  • Receive, verify, and record loan applications while providing financial advice to applicants.
  • Promote Sacco products and services to potential members.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer service role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in computer applications; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Attributes: Problem-solving ability, professionalism, team player, and excellent time management.
