We are looking for a Junior Designer to support our growing design needs across marketing and corporate communications. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong eye for design and a passion for crafting compelling visual content. This role is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer to develop their skills in a dynamic and impactful environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Visual social media posts development: Design compelling visuals for social media posts to enhance brand engagement.
• Annual report design: Develop the annual report design, ensuring a professional and visually appealing layout.
• Event and presentation design: Create high-quality corporate event and presentation designs that align with Pula’s branding.
• Product and services marketing: Design marketing brochures for products and services, effectively communicating key messages.
• Develop corporate collateral such as business cards, letterheads, and promotional materials.
•  Video editing skills are a plus to support multimedia content creation.

Key requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing strong design skills and creativity.
• Experience with corporate and marketing collateral design.
• Video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects is preferred.
• Experience working in a B2B or corporate environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Creative & Detail-Oriented – You have an eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
• Tech-Savvy –You are proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus) and proficient in using Microsoft business applications (Powerpoint, Word)
• Organized & Deadline-Driven – You can manage multiple design projects with efficiency.
• Brand-Conscious – You understand how to maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Eager to Learn – You are passionate about growing in the field of design.
