Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized in Kenya in any of the following: Public Administration, Business Administration/Management and Community Development or Public Relations, International Relations, Diplomacy and Marketing or any other social science from a recognized Institution;
  • Excellent organizational skills; and
  • Effective communication skills

Duties and responsibilities;-

  • Prepare expense reports and office budgets.
  • Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
  • Systematically filing important department documents.
  • Facilitate meetings, conferences and other special events
  • Forward all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members in the department.
  • Manage office protocol and etiquette;
  • Establish and monitoring procedures for record keeping of correspondence and file movements;
  • Provide logistics on the management of transport in the department
  • Schedule meetings and booking conference rooms; and Hire maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment; and
  • Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
