Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized in Kenya in any of the following: Public Administration, Business Administration/Management and Community Development or Public Relations, International Relations, Diplomacy and Marketing or any other social science from a recognized Institution;
- Excellent organizational skills; and
- Effective communication skills

Duties and responsibilities;-
- Prepare expense reports and office budgets.
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important department documents.
- Facilitate meetings, conferences and other special events
- Forward all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members in the department.
- Manage office protocol and etiquette;
- Establish and monitoring procedures for record keeping of correspondence and file movements;
- Provide logistics on the management of transport in the department
- Schedule meetings and booking conference rooms; and Hire maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment; and
- Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
