Technical Service Engineer Job Norwa Africa

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service team.
• Ensure effective installation, maintenance, and repair of solar, water purification, and treatment systems.
• Supervise technicians in the field.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• Project Management qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in water purification and treatment service operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driving licence.
• Location: Nairobi
• Salary: Gross ksh 65000
