Responsibilities

Managerial/Supervisory/Operational Responsibilities or Roles

  • Effectively man the front office area and ensure timely handling of all student enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Compiles list of enquiries for forwarding to the call center for follow up and conversion of enquiries to clients.
  • Follow up of certification leads for conversion into clients to enable the branch meet its target.
  • Maintain a proper filing system and ensure security of record.
  • Handle branch correspondence like calls and mail ensure effective communication and feedback.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and keep proper records for future reference.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in planning and participate in marketing activities to increase publicity of the Institute’s products.
  • Send communication on clients for progression and registration through SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls and emails to ensure timely communication.
  • Liaise with the security guards in ensuring orderliness at the reception area.
  • Oversee timely preparation of students’ IDs and their distribution.

Qualifications

  • Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Two (2) years of experience
