Responsibilities

Process Automation:

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process automation.
• Develop and implement automation solutions.

Reports Automation:

• Assist in designing and automating reports to streamline data analysis and decision-making processes.
• Create interactive and insightful visualizations.

Network Support:

• Provide assistance in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
• Participate in network upgrades, installations, and configurations.

CRM System Management:

• Support the administration and customization of CRM systems.
• Assist in data management, user training, and system enhancements.

Factory Systems Management:

• Contribute to the management and optimization of systems used in factory operations.
• Assist in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production systems.

Developing Machine Learning Models:

• Work alongside data scientists to develop and refine machine learning models.
• Participate in data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation tasks.

 Education / Qualifications / Experience/Skills Required

• Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Technical skills in Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Python, Google analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse data and extract meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in technology and organizational needs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
