Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Oversee performance management systems, including reviews and KPIs
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal HR policies
- Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives
- Lead training, employee engagement, and retention strategies
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- CHRP certification is a strong advantage
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
