General Manager Job UMS Kenya

Duties

• Your role will be to provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations to drive company growth and innovation.
• You will report directly to the CEO. 
• Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, executing growth strategies, expanding market share, ensuring operational excellence, and representing UMS Kenya in key industry engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of senior management experience, preferably in energy, utilities, or technology sectors
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Proven leadership in scaling operations and driving strategic growth
• Tech-savvy with a strong appreciation for innovation and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and growth
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
