Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise, oversee, and coordinate all operations and activities of the PR and Marketing Department
• Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies
• Liaise and network with a wide range of stakeholders including corporates, customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations
• Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships
• Manage the production and use of marketing materials

Organize and coordinate PR and marketing events such as:

• Conferences
• Seminars
• Medical camps
• Promotional campaigns
• Open days
• Tours and visits
• CSR and team-building activities
• Conduct market research, such as customer questionnaires, and advise management accordingly
• Develop a feasible marketing plan for the hospital and oversee its day-to-day implementation
• Prepare programs to enhance the hospital’s internal and external image and promote a positive public image
• Prepare and submit departmental strategies, outreach schedules, merchandises, and other departmental requirements
• Address and resolve client feedback concerns, escalating to management where necessary
• Write and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports to management
• Provide support for the Cancer Unit, IVF, and Dialysis marketing efforts
• Perform any other duties as assigned by hospital management

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing
• Excellent command of modern marketing techniques and principles
• Experience in managing diverse marketing ventures
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans with minimal supervision
