Job Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Quality Management and Quality Control or related fields
• A minimum of 10 years’ relevant engineering experience with at least 8 years’ experience in wastewater projects;
• Proficiency in English as a working language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing quality control and process acceptance during the construction of wastewater treatment plants and pipeline networks, including liaison with international consulting engineers.
• Participate in quality assurance and inspection activities in accordance with project plans and requirements.
• Manage the project’s routine inspection and testing schedule.
• Prepare cost estimates and time schedules for quality-related activities.
• Support procurement planning, including verifying selected suppliers to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Compile and maintain project quality documentation.
• Conduct quality audits to verify compliance with recognized industry standards, applicable regulations, product specifications, the project’s inspection and test plan, and the approved quality management system.
