Key Responsibilities
- Support research and data analysis that will inform KIM’s strategy on product development, product improvement, strategic direction and decisions, solutions to management problems by conducting business intelligence, in-house big-data analysis, feasibility studies, new product research and market analysis.
- Participate in the development and review of the Institute’s strategy and Objectives.
- Conduct internal research to assess this Institute’s progress in achieving the set strategy and Objectives.
- Carry out semi-annual external research to compare the Institute’s performance with other peer organizations.
- Develop monthly Business Intelligence reports to inform the Institute on market trends.
- Conduct external research to support the Institute and its partners.
- Generate revenue by overseeing certification courses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or any related field
- Industry certifications will be an added advantage
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience
- A member of KIM

- Knowledge on Enterprise Resource Planning
- Knowledge on Research and Projects
