As Communications Associate, you’ll capture impactful stories, manage our digital media presence, and develop high-quality content that elevates our brand and supports entrepreneurs across Africa.

Responsibilities
- Create visual content (photos & videos) for storytelling and digital campaigns
- Support media engagement and manage press materials
- Develop creative content for social media and digital platforms
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders and write compelling stories
- Track digital engagement and share insights to improve performance
- Support brand visibility through visuals, graphics, and written content
Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years of experience in communications or digital media
- Proven skills in photography and videography
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media, media relations & SEO
- Self-driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Experience with graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
- Based in Nairobi, this is a full-time in-office role
- Open to Kenyan nationals only
