German Oral KCSE Assessor Job KNEC

The Kenya National Examinations Councl (KNEC) wishes to recruit Secondary School teachers/College tutors as assessors for KCSE oral and practical papers between 10 June and 30 July 2025. The selected professionals will be trained on the job during assessment of the2025 KCSE examination papers.

Teachers/Tutors who are already in the KNEC database of assessors need not apply.

Qualifications

To qualify for recruitment, an applicant must:

• Вe a practicing teacher/tutor in the relevant subjedts
• Be registered and/or employed by the Teachers Senvice Commission (15C) or a recognised professional body.
• Have a Diploma (and above) in Education or in therelevant ares of specialization
• For Aviation Technology the applicant musthave a Diploma in Eeronautical Engineering
• Have a minimum teaching experience of three (3) years
• NOT be on interdiction or any other form of disciplinary action from the employer.
• Be recommended by his/her head of institution or employer.
• Be 50 years of age and below.

How to Apply

Applicants are required to do the following:

• Access the KNEC examiners’ portal using the link
• Those with CP2 accounts should log into the portal using their usermames and passwords. Those who have forgotten their CP2 passwords should dlick the Reset Password button and enter their mobile number in theformat254*) and submit to get new passwords for logging into the portal Those without CP2 accounts should click the Create Account button and follow the instructions to acquire login credentials
• Upon successful log in,applicants should complete their personal profile and save. On the dashboard, click on apply for assessors’ vacancies and all the declared vacancies will be available for the applicants to choose

The slots are limited and only qualified applicants who have presented all the required documents will be shortlisted for the exercise.
