Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Research Executive to support and lead market research projects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, execution, and analysis of research studies, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality insights. As a Senior Research Executive, you will be involved in all stages of the research process, including planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Research Managers and assist in managing client relationships, ensuring the research meets client objectives and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative market research studies.
- Develop research methodologies, questionnaires, and sampling plans based on client objectives.
- Conduct data analysis, including identifying trends, insights, and key findings from research.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate research results and recommendations to clients.
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their research needs are met and providing ongoing support.
- Coordinate with external vendors for data collection and fieldwork when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and research techniques to enhance project outcomes.
- Provide support to junior team members and assist in their professional development.
Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:
- MUST: Minimum a Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Social sciences or related fields
- MUST: Minimum 3 years in a market research agency in a similar/same role
- MUST: Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative methods
Other Qualifications
- Proficiency in analysis software like SPSS, R, Excel
- Good project management, organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues
