Head of Sales and Marketing Job Adept Systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet current and needs of the organisation.
• Craft a clear growth roadmap segment the market, set positioning, identify opportunities, and lead execution.
• Oversee and energize the sales teams across Kenya. Set regional targets, manage performance, and ensure strong field execution.
• Own the marketing strategy from in-store visibility to digital presence. Position Isinya Eggs as the go-to choice for quality and safety.
• Grow our footprint across B2B and B2C. Secure new supermarket chains institutions, restaurants, and last-mile retail networks.
• Use market insights and financial data to optimize pricing, manage margins, and run smart promotions that grow volume and value.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retail buyers, and institutional clients. Negotiate deals that benefit both sides.
• Use dashboards, market reports, and customer insights to inform strategy and adjust fast.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a commercial team that delivers. Create a culture of accountability, initiative, and continuous learning.
• Work hand-in-hand with operations, production, and leadership to ensure commercial plans are aligned and executed.
• Evaluate potential for new regions, pack sizes, or value-added egg products.

Qualifications

• A strategic commercial leader you see the market, the numbers, and the brand opportunity.
• A people manager who inspires, holds teams accountable, and builds strong relationships.
• An operator who knows how to turn strategy into results- and do it with urgency and precision.
• A curious, resilient professional always learning, adapting, and staying ahead.
• You bring 10+ years of experience in sales/marketing in FMCG, food, or agri-business.
• You know the Kenyan market well.
• You have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
