Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and personalized engagement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients queries and concerns.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored real estate solutions.

Sales and Business Development

  • Generate leads via networking, referrals and strategic outreach.
  • Guide clients through the property acquisition process from inquiry to post-sale support.
  • Negotiate sales terms transparently and close deals with professionalism.

Customer Follow-Up & Retention

  • Conduct timely follow-ups through calls, emails and property visits.
  • Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system.
  • Implement retention strategies such as loyalty programs and exclusive insights.

Real Estate Advisory & Market Insights

  • Stay updated on property trends, values and investment opportunities.
  • Provide clients with informed, strategic real estate advice.
  • Educate clients on legal and financial aspects of property acquisition.

Client Engagement & Property Showcasing

  • Organize personalized site visits and virtual tours.
  • Highlight property features and neighborhood benefits to clients.

Networking & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and digital teams for client engagement.
  • Represent Kenya Homes at industry events and exhibitions.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital tools and real estate platforms.
