Recovery Officer Logbook Product Job Phoenix Capital

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the recovery of outstanding loans amounts.
• Sending client reminders for payments to be made on time.
• Liaise with customers to negotiate repayment terms, extending reasonable solutions where applicable.
• Monitor and track overdue accounts, initiating recovery procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with legal teams to pursue court actions and repossessions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and recovery actions.
• Provide regular reports on recovery progress and performance.
• Provision of Account Statements.
• Overall management including entries and records of new and existing clients on a daily basis.
• Preparation of daily and weekly reports as needed.
• Coordinate disposal and sale of repossessed cars.
• management and maintenance of the asset (Motor vehicles, Land, Laptops, Titles etc.) register.
• Customer retention and development.
• Monitoring of new and existing portfolios.
• Management and monitoring of delinquency.
• Delivery on customer care services.
• Other tasks/projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years past experience in recovery and collection of logbook loans.
• Must have Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must have Fine-tuned telephone etiquette
• Must have excellent negotiation skills
• Must be a quick learner with the ability to prioritize, take ownership and ensure projects and tasks are completed to a high-quality standard
• Must be proficient in Ms Office skills, Ms Word, PowerPoint and excel
