Brand Ambassador Job Peach Cars

Are you great at connecting with people and passionate about cars?
The Brand Ambassadors at Peach Cars will be responsible for driving customer acquisition by actively engaging potential car buyers and sellers in the field, from events and activations to campuses, malls, and marketplaces. This role involves pitching Peach’s services with clarity and charisma, educating people on how the platform works, and converting conversations into successful signups and
transactions.

Brand Ambassadors will serve as the first point of contact for many clients, helping simplify the process, build trust, and guide users through their journey with Peach.

Beyond outreach, Brand Ambassadors will collaborate with internal teams – including Marketing, Sales, and Operations – to align messaging, share customer feedback, and improve outreach strategies. They’ll identify high-potential locations, optimize field activities, and contribute to building a strong grassroots presence as Peach expands.

Top performers will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, train new ambassadors, and play a key role in scaling Peach’s mission to make buying and selling used cars simpler, safer, and smarter across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch and onboard sellers and buyers at events, malls, campuses, markets, and more
• Educate clients on how Peach works, make it simple and trustworthy
• Close deals and earn commission for every successful referral
• Represent Peach in the field with energy, credibility, and clear communication

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, activations, or field marketing is a plus, not a must
