Key Responsibilities

Hr Operations Management

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) Oversee HRIS with accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive policy implementation and HR compliance audits

Talent Management & Development

  • Lead succession planning, workforce planning & leadership programs Design L&D strategies and performance management frameworks
  • Identify high-potential talent and support career growth

Employee Experience & Engagement

Launch and sustain engagement and recognition programs
Analyze feedback and drive continuous improvement in workplace culture

Industrial & Employee Relations

  • Act as liaison with employee representative bodies (e.g., unions), ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Resolve grievances and conduct workplace investigations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin or related field
  • HR Certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
  • Deep understanding of employment law
