The Cleaner carries out cleaning and simple maintenance duties, in order to keep the offices and facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
Cleaning:
- Cleans, stocks and supplies designated office / facility areas (by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Performs and documents routine inspection, cleaning and maintenance activities
- Stocks and maintains cleaning supplies
- May carry out heavier cleansing tasks and special projects
Repairs:
- Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make small adjustments and minor repairs
Other duties:
- May be asked tundertake any other reasonable duties / requests related tfacility management
- Basic education
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability thandle heavies cleaning equipment and machinery
