Sales Assistant- Kakamega Job Baltic Textile

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance, answer questions about products, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process payments using cash registers /or point-of-sale systems
• Restock shop, maintain proper display appearances, and assist with inventory counts and placement of new items or depleted items in the shop floor
• Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly and professionally
• Maintaining price labels and ensuring they are correct
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized
• Participating in Marketing events in the store
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge about products and services offered by the store and be able to recommend items to customers
• Ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum High school KCSE Certificate
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and details oriented
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
