Head of Product, Airtel Money Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
• Identify customer pain points and opportunities through market research, data analytics, and user feedback.
• Prepare business cases, product requirements, user stories, and wireframes
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to develop go-to-market plans and customer adoption strategies.
• Ensure strong product positioning, pricing, and communication aligned with customer segments.
• Act as the voice of the customer and a central point of contact across cross-functional teams: technology, operations, legal, finance, and customer experience.
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features
• Track and analyze product performance across key metrics (revenue, active users, churn, etc.
• Continuously optimize product features to drive usage, retention, and profitability.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adapt product strategies accordingly.
• Enforce culture of regulatory and policy compliance 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in mobile money, fintech, or digital financial services.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing financial or digital products at scale.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
