Location: Mombasa

Solidad Hotel, a new hotel opening in Mombasa, is seeking qualified and passionate professionals to join our team as an Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Monitor and categorize expenses to ensure accurate accounting.
• Manage payroll functions and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA (K) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems.
