HR Officer Job Solidad Hotel

Location: Mombasa

Solidad Hotel, a new hotel opening in Mombasa, is seeking qualified and passionate professionals to join our team as a Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.
• Assist in evaluating employee performance and feedback processes.
• Manage job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Facilitate the orientation process for new hires.
• Organize training programs and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation packages.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in HR functions, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Must be registered with IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management).
• Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws, HR policies, and employee relations management.
