Shah Lalji Nangpar Academy, a leading institution dedicated to academic excellence, holistic student development, and community values, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, induction, and retention of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, school policies, and safeguarding standards.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support staff development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Maintain accurate staff records and oversee payroll in coordination with finance.
  • Support line managers in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead staff training and professional development initiatives.
  • Promote staff wellbeing and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CIPD) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to organizational values.
