Job Summary:

The Finance Consultant will introduce participants to the financial dimensions of land acquisition and resettlement. The consultant will guide participants in developing budgets, planning compensation disbursements, and evaluating cost-benefit implications to ensure projects remain financially sound while meeting social obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sessions on financial planning for land acquisition and resettlement.
  • Share practical insights (e.g., SGR compensation challenges).
  • Guide participants in preparing sample budgets for RAPs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or Project Management.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in infrastructure project financing or resettlement budgeting.
  • Strong facilitation and training skills.
