Service Delivery Dispatcher Job Techminds

Techminds Technologies Limited is seeking a Service Delivery Dispatcher to manage and coordinate the operations of internet service provisioning, installation, and maintenance. The role is key in ensuring customers receive timely and high-quality service while managing and supporting the workload of field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule installation and maintenance appointments and assign work orders to field technicians.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer orders, requests, and complaints.
• Maintain communication with technicians to support effective service delivery.
• Monitor SLAs, CSAT, NPS, and other key service metrics.
• Prepare regular performance and service reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL/Service delivery certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced technical support or ISP environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of network topology will be an advantage.
