About Us
Techminds Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is key in driving vendor management, strategic sourcing of IT equipment, and import compliance to support our fast-growing ICT projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end procurement for IT equipment, software, and services in line with company policies.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
4. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an approved supplier database.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of IT resources.
6. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory procurement processes.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT procurement or vendor management.
3. Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and industry suppliers.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
5. Familiarity with ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
6. CIPS certification (or progress towards it) is an added advantage.
