Loan Officer Job Forty Nine

Position Summary:

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Loan Officers to join our team. The Loan Officer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, evaluating loan applications, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance with lending policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote the company’s loan products to potential clients.
• Conduct client assessments, including business evaluations and creditworthiness analysis.
• Process and evaluate loan applications in line with company policies.
• Monitor and manage assigned loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community networks.
• Provide financial advice and support to clients to improve repayment capacity.
• Prepare regular reports on loan performance and client status.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Loan Officer or in microfinance/financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Excellent numerical and decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
