Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Officer to oversee daily operations across several branches, ensure compliance with lending policies, and drive efficiency in service delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures in line with company strategy.
• Supervise and support branch managers to ensure smooth loan processing and excellent client service.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate training and development programs for operations and branch staff.
• Manage resource allocation to support business growth and expansion.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of [3+] years’ experience in operations management, branch management, or financial service management.
• Proven ability to manage people and processes.
• Proven leadership and branch operations skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of lending operations, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
