Training Associate Job Greenwheels

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver training sessions across modules such as Uber App usage, Road Safety & First Aid, Financial Literacy, and Electric Bike Operation.
• Support onboarding, refresher, and remedial training for riders.
• Prepare training materials, tools, and venues for both practical and classroom sessions.
• Monitor learner performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to riders to boost performance.
• Maintain accurate training attendance and performance records.
• Support digital learning by guiding riders on online assessments and resources.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or adult learning (experience in the transport, logistics, or mobility sector is an added advantage).
• Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse learners.
• Tech-savvy, with knowledge of e-learning tools considered a plus.
• Passionate about road safety, financial empowerment, and customer service.
