Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategy and workforce plans.
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.

• Ensure compliance with Kenyan Labour Laws and HR best practice.
• Mentor the HR team and manage payroll, budgets, and workforce planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management.
• Valid practising licence & full IHRM membership.

Work Experience

• 5+ years HR experience, with 3+ in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practice, Kenyan Labour Laws & HR compliance.
• Experience in the healthcare sector preferred.
• Experience in corporate or similarly regulated, professional service environments (e.g. hospitals, NGOs) is a plus.
• Must be passionate to play a strategic role in organisational culture within a mission-driven healthcare institution.
