Job Overview

We are seeking to hire an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketer who will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote Lehem Interiors’ services, enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement and leads.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
• Managing the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
• Creating compelling digital content, including graphics, short videos, blog posts and marketing copies tailored to interior design.
• Maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring optimal performance, UX and SEO.
• Run and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
• Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and others.
• Generating monthly reports on key metrics and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborating with the design and sales teams to align campaigns with ongoing projects, launches and client showcases.

Knowledge, experience & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years Proven experience in digital marketing preferably within a design or creative industry.

Competencies/skills

• Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, PPC, and analytics.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
