Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across industries such as retail, FMCG, real estate, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Promote and sell the companys product portfolio, including:
- Billboard printing
- POS displays
- Indoor & outdoor signage
- Retail branding and fit-outs
- Vehicle branding
- Banners, flags, and standees
- Mall advertising management
- Exhibition displays & textile printing
- Screen printing and stickers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision and timeliness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years proven sales experience in printing, branding, signage, advertising, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the branding and advertising market in Kenya.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
