Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations, improving service delivery, and ensuring that our customers and partners receive outstanding support and timely deliveries. You will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, customer support, and management to ensure all operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues in real-time.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and partners to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Use internal systems and tools to manage delivery data, schedules, and customer information.
• Support route planning and resource allocation based on daily delivery volumes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
• Assist in onboarding and training new delivery personnel or partners.
• Handle escalations and provide operational support to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using logistics or delivery tracking platforms.
• Analytical thinking with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Knowledge of the Kenyan logistics landscape is a plus.
