Position Summary:

We are seeking a Consultant Trainer in Fraud Analytics, Detection, Investigation, and Prevention to design and deliver practical training programs that equip financial institution staff with the knowledge and tools to identify, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activities. The role involves developing specialized training materials and facilitating sessions on fraud analytics, detection methods, investigative techniques, and prevention strategies. The trainer will also provide technical support to ensure effective application of the training content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules on fraud detection methodologies, red flag analysis, and investigative techniques.
• Guide participants on digital fraud trends, forensic accounting, and fraud risk frameworks.
• Train on the use of fraud analytics tools for monitoring suspicious transactions.
• Facilitate case studies and simulations based on real financial institution fraud scenarios.
• Provide post-training advisory support to strengthen institutional fraud controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Forensics, Criminology, or related field (Master’s degree highly preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) preferred.
• At least 7 years’ experience in fraud risk management, auditing, or investigations.
• Hands-on expertise in forensic tools and data analytics for fraud detection.
