Position Summary:

We are seeking a Consultant Trainer in Risk Management and Internal Controls to train financial institution leadership and staff on enterprise risk management practices, internal controls, and governance structures that strengthen financial sustainability. The role includes developing training materials, facilitating sessions on risk practices and controls, and supporting effective training application.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver risk management frameworks tailored to financial institutions.
• Train on design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls.
• Facilitate sessions on governance, accountability, and operational risk.
• Introduce participants to risk assessment models and control testing.
• Share case studies on risk failures and lessons learned in financial institutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Risk Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree highly preferred).
• Professional certifications: CPA, CIA, CRMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management, or compliance.
• Strong facilitation and advisory skills for financial services.
