Internal Auditor Job Africa PVC Industries

Africa PVC Industries is seeking a results-driven Internal Auditor to strengthen compliance, risk management, and financial integrity across our operations. This role demands a professional with sharp analytical skills and strong knowledge of auditing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans.
• Review financial records, operational processes, and compliance with internal controls.
• Identify gaps in processes and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor statutory compliance (taxes, NSSF, NHIF, NITA, WIBA, OSHA).
• Prepare and present audit reports to management and directors.
• Safeguard company assets by recommending stronger internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in internal or external audit (manufacturing sector preferred).
• Knowledge of IFRS, Kenyan tax laws, and risk management frameworks.
• CPA (K) or ACCA qualification required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
