Nice Extra Premium is a fast-growing premium flour milling company

We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Managers to lead our growth and market presence across key regions in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets and market share within the assigned region
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and distribution team
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or distribution (at least 5 years) in the mentioned regions
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Valid Driving license & driving experience
