  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential new clients within key sectors, mapping out decision-makers and initiating valuable business conversations.
  • Strategic Pitching & Proposal Development: Craft and deliver compelling business proposals and pitches that are tailored to client needs and objectives, showcasing our competitive edge.
  • Deal Closure: Take ownership of the sales cycle, using your negotiation skills to close business deals and exceed targets independently.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnership.
  • Project Lifecycle Collaboration: Work closely with our client service and project management teams to ensure a seamless handover from sale to execution, participating in staff training and project briefings.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present insightful reports on business opportunities, project status, and sales performance to management and clients.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B business development, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or events agency.
  • A track record of successfully identifying, pitching to, and closing new clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess market opportunities.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a proven reliability in meeting deadlines.
