Do you have a passion for food, people, and creating memorable experiences? Join our team as a Customer Experience Supervisor (Host/Hostess) and be the face of our unique tasting room experience in Tigoni!

We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused leader who will ensure every guest leaves LOVING the brand. From hosting farm and cheese tours, planning menus with our chefs, and managing reservations, to ensuring spotless service and unforgettable storytelling—you’ll play a key role in building our guests’ connection with our products and culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise the tasting room and restaurant operations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from reservations to checkout.
• Host and guide tours, workshops, and tasting sessions with energy and charm.
• Drive sales by upselling products and creating engaging food experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bakery, production, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver top-quality service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
• Use Canva to create simple, attractive menus and promotional materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or food & beverage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong leadership with the ability to train and inspire a team.
• Computer skills for reporting (Excel) and creative tools (Canva).
• A love for food and willingness to explore new tastes.
• Knowledge of food safety handling is an added advantage.
