Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service, top quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the team (bakers, baristas, and service staff).
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, handle ordering, and monitor wastage.
• Maintain and grow vendor, supplier, and operations.
• Collaborate with marketing team to execute in-store campaigns and promotions.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Prepare regular reports on performance, staffing, and operational results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years in the Food & Beverage industry.
• with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume retail, café, or bakery.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people skills.
• Proficient in POS, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed.
