Role Overview
- We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and brand development efforts at Wafi Investments.
- The primary focus of this role is marketing leadership and strategy — creating, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives that strengthen Wafi’s brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support overall sales performance.
- The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to management, providing insights on market trends, customer behavior, and promotional opportunities.
- While the role is centered on marketing strategy and execution, the ideal candidate should also have practical skills in social media management and graphic design to ensure cohesive and effective brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Lead the development and execution of Wafi’s marketing strategy in line with the company’s goals and growth plans.
- Advise senior management on marketing direction, brand positioning, and competitive opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive property sales.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer trends, and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and performance reviews with actionable insights
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment.
Brand Development & Field Marketing
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are well-branded, visually appealing, and market ready.
- Coordinate and oversee on-site marketing activities, open houses, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Represent Wafi at trade shows, real estate expos, and networking events to enhance the brand’s visibility.
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders, agents, and clients to strengthen brand positioning.
- Ensure consistency and professionalism in all brand communications and marketing materials.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Oversight
- Oversee Wafi’s digital marketing activities, including online advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) in alignment with marketing goals.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Oversee paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads) to increase reach and engagement.
- Maintain a strong online reputation through prompt and professional communication.
Creative Direction & Graphic Design Support
- Coordinate with outsourced professional graphic designers to produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers newsletters, banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure all creative outputs from external partners align with Wafi’s luxury brand identity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create consistent and visually appealing marketing visuals.
- Provide creative direction and brand guidance to ensure all internal and external materials maintain a cohesive and premium look.
- Support internal teams by overseeing the design of on-brand materials for presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Graphic Design knowledge is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Kenya’s real estate market is highly desirable.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
