We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer with strong media buying skills to enhance our brand visibility and drive quality leads through innovative digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to ensure strong ROI.
- Handle media buying — including budget allocation, audience targeting, bid optimization, and performance tracking.
- Create and edit engaging video and visual content (short videos, reels, and promotional clips) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Design captivating graphics and marketing materials (posters, banners, thumbnails, and digital ads) using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to ensure all marketing content aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, video content techniques, and real estate marketing strategies.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and media buying.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media management tools.
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
- Excellent creative, communication, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design.
